鼻腔扩容术与内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果比较

Comparison of Nasal Cavity Expansion and Endoscopic Nasal Septum Deviation Correction for Nasal Septum Deviation

目的:比较鼻腔扩容术与内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2018年10月于本院进行手术治疗的鼻中隔偏曲患者120例。按单双号信封法分成观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组进行内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗,观察组进行鼻腔扩容术治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术比较,鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲效果更好,且并发症发生率较低,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective: To compare the effect of nasal cavity Expansion and endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction for nasal septum deviation. Method: A total of 120 patients with nasal septum deviation underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2018 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group according to single and double envelope method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction, and the observation group was treated with nasal cavity expansion. The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction, nasal cavity expansion is more effective in the treatment of nasal septum deviation and the complication rate is relatively low. It has higher promotion value.
