无缝隙护理在腹股沟疝手术室护理中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响

Application of Seamless Care in the Nursing of Inguinal Hernia Operating Room and Its Influence on Patients’Quality of Life

目的:探讨无缝隙护理在腹股沟疝手术室护理中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年2月于本院手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者102例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51)。两组均接受平片无张力疝修补术,给予对照组常规的手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予无缝隙护理。比较两组手术质量、手术室护理质量、术后并发症发生情况及护理前后生活质量。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术室护理质量各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理应用在腹股沟疝手术室护理中可提高手术质量,提供高质量的手术室护理,缓解患者紧张感,有利于降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of seamless care in the nursing of inguinal hernia operating room and its influence on patients’quality of life.Method:A total of 102 patients with inguinal hernia underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51)according to the random number table method.Both groups treated with tension-free hernia repair by plain film,the control group was given routine operating room care,while the observation group was given seamless care on the basis of the control group.The quality of operation,quality of operating room nursing,occurrence of postoperative complications and the quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative getting out of bed and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The operating room nursing quality all scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the all scores of life quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless care in the operation room of inguinal hernia can improve the quality of operation,provide high-quality operation room nursing,relieve the tension of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
