基于聚焦解决模式的容量管理应用于慢性心力衰竭的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Capacity Management Based on Focus Resolution Mode Applied to Chronic Heart Failure

目的:研究基于聚焦解决模式的容量管理应用于慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院心内科收治的110例CHF患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上加用基于聚焦模式的容量管理干预。比较两组的临床疗效及两组干预前、干预3个月后的生活质量、情绪变化情况。结果:干预3个月后,试验组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组MLHFQ量表各维度评分均低于干预前,且试验组均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于干预前,且试验组上述评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式的容量管理应用于CHF的临床效果理想,能有效促进CHF患者生活质量提升,改善患者负性情绪。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of chronic heart failure(CHF)with capacity management based on focused resolution model.Method:A total of 110 cases of CHF patients admitted to the department of cardiology of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,in the experimental group,capacity management intervention based on focus mode was added to the control group.The clinical efficacy and the quality of life and emotion changes before and 3 months after intervention of two groups were compared.Result:3 months after intervention,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,the scores of each dimension of MLHFQ scale in two groups were lower than those of before the intervention,and the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,HAMD and HAMA scores in two groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the above scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The capacity management based on the focused solution model applied to CHF has an ideal clinical effect,which can effectively promote the improvement of CHF patients’quality of life and improve their negative emotions.
