摘要
目的探讨晨间提问在规范日常护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月在我院骨科就职的护理人员43名为研究对象,2017年6-12月采用常规晨间提问,2018年1-6月采用改良晨间提问法,比较实施改良晨间提问法前后护理人员理论知识、操作技术成绩和病区护理质量。结果实施改良晨间提问法后护理人员的专科理论、基础理论及操作技术评分均高于实施前(P<0.001);实施后病区基础护理、病房管理、服务意识、护理安全等护理质量评分均高于实施前(P<0.001)。结论采用改良晨间提问教学法可以有效提升护理人员理论知识、操作技术水平,提高病区护理质量。
Objective To explore the application of modified morning questioning in standardizing routine nursing quality management.Methods Totally 43 nurses were selected.In the second half of 2017,they were given routine morning questioning,while in the first half of 2018,they were given modified one.Then their theoretical knowledge,technical skills and nursing quality were compared.Results After the implementation of the modified morning questioning,all the measurements were significantly improved(P<0.001).Conclusion The modified morning questioning can significantly promote the theoretical knowledge,operational skills and nursing quality of the nursing staff.
