宫颈癌患者化疗期心理弹性现状及影响因素分析

The current state of psychological flexibility of cervical cancer patients during chemotherapy and its influencing factors

目的探讨宫颈癌患者化疗期间心理弹性情况及相关影响因素。方法选取我院2018年1-12月妇科病区收治的137例宫颈癌化疗期患者为研究对象。采用自制宫颈癌患者基本临床情况调查问卷及心理弹性量表对患者进行调查。结果宫颈癌患者化疗期间的心理弹性总分为(54.63±7.82)分,坚韧性维度为(26.56±4.99)分,力量性维度为(18.59±4.23)分,乐观性维度为(8.87±1.67)分。多元线性回归分析显示,教育水平、月收入、年龄、治疗途径、肿瘤有无转移是患者心理弹性的影响因素,共可解释其33.1%的变异(F=8.994,P<0.001)。结论宫颈癌患者化疗期心理弹性水平较低,受教育水平、月收入、年龄、治疗途径、肿瘤有无转移均会影响患者心理弹性,医护人员应针对患者实际情况进行干预,提高其心理弹性防御水平。

Objective To investigate the psychological resilience of cervical cancer patients during their chemotherapy and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 137 cervical cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in a gynecological ward were selected and investigated using a self-made general clinical condition table and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results The total score of the CD-RISC psychological resilience was(54.63±7.82),with that of the toughness dimension being(26.56±4.99),the strength dimension(18.59±4.23)and the optimistic dimension(8.87±1.67).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the influencing factors were educational level,income,age,treatment route and tumor with or without metastasis,which could explain 33.1%of the variation(F=8.994,P<0.001).Conclusion Cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy have low levels of psychological resilience,which is affected by factors such as education level,economic income,age,treatment route and whether the tumor is with or without metastasis.Medical staff should take targeted measures to improve their psychological resilience.
