宫颈癌患者生活质量与家属焦虑、抑郁的关系

Study on the interaction between life quality of patients with cervical cancer and anxiety and depression of their family members

目的探讨宫颈癌患者生活质量与家属焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系。方法采用便利抽样法随机抽取100例宫颈癌的患者及家属进行调查,采用患者一般资料问卷、宫颈癌患者生活质量评价量表(the quality of life assessment scale for cervical cancer patients,QLS-CCP)对患者进行调查,采用焦虑自评量表(the self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(the self-rating depression scale,SDS)对患者家属进行评估。结果宫颈癌患者QLS-CCP总得分为(103.30±14.10)分,低于国内常模。有抑郁情绪的宫颈癌患者家属,其照顾的患者生活质量中的社会功能和疾病本身维度得分更低(t=1.054,P=0.033;t=2.041,P=0.041),且宫颈癌患者家属SAS、SDS得分与患者QLS-CCP中的心理功能、社会功能维度得分和总分呈负相关。结论宫颈癌患者的生活质量较低,患者生活质量与家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪呈负相关。

Objective To explore the interaction between life quality and anxiety and depression of family members of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 cervical cancer patients and their families were randomly selected.The patients were surveyed using ageneral information scale and the quality of life assessment scale for cervical cancer patients(QLS-CCP),while the family members were done using the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and the self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The QLS-CCP scores of cervical cancer patients was(103.30±14.10),and lower than the norm.When the family members with depression,the patients they cared for had lower scores in social function and disease dimensions of QLS-CCP(t=1.054,P=0.033;t=2.041,P=0.041).The SAS and SDS scores of family members was negatively correlated to the scores of mental and social function of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Close correlation is found between the life quality of patients and the anxiety and depression of family members.The poorer life quality of patients can lead to more significant depression of the latter,and vice versa.
