摘要
新生代农民工移动学习存在注重素养提升、生活方式城市化、维权意识明显化、增值提升深入化等特点,也存在总体水平偏低、学习平台受限、学习技能欠缺、习得时间有限等缺失,需要从移动学习观念、设备、时光、内涵、渠道、履行、持续发展等方面全线入手,分析移动学习的内容和需求,才能更好地帮助其加快市民化进程。
The status of mobile learning of the new generation mi-grant workers in Hunan province is the improvement of literacy,urbanization of lifestyle,obvious awareness of rights protection,anddeepening of value-added promotion.It also has the lack of overall level,limited learning platform,lack of learning skills,and limited acquisition time.It is necessary to start with mobile learning concept,tools,time,content,methods,practicing attitude,and sustainable development,and further analyze the content and needs of mobile learning so as to help the new generation migrant workers to accele-rate the process of citizenship.
