摘要 探讨了聚乙烯醇(PVA)在纸张表面施胶中的应用效果。结果显示:PVA与淀粉混合后糊化较单独糊化后再混合使用效果好,随着PVA用量的提高,表面胶黏度逐渐升高,成纸表面吸收值逐渐降低、IGT表面强度逐渐升高,当PVA用量达到30kg/t淀粉时,变化趋缓,高黏和低黏PVA对成纸表面吸收值及表面强度影响效果相当。从使用效果、成本、对纸机运行及成纸质量的影响等方面综合分析,建议使用低黏PVA,用量控制30kg/t淀粉。 The application of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)in the surface sizing of paper with high filler content was studied.The results showed that it was better to gelatinize after mixing PVA with starch than mixing after separate gelatinization.With the increase of PVA content,the viscosity of surface sizing liquor gradually increases,the surface absorption of paper gradually decreases,and the surface strength of paper gradually increases.While the content of PVA reaches to 30kg per ton starch,the change became slowly.Besides,both the high viscosity PVA and low viscosity PVA have the same effect on the surface absorption and strength.From the comprehensive analysis of the use of effect,cost and effects on the operation of the paper machine and paper quality,it is recommended to use low viscosity PVA,and starch composed with 30kg/t.
