多功能尾浆筛用于造纸行业废纸制浆粗筛选系统末段,用于处理前段粗筛选设备之后的尾浆中的各种轻重杂质,回收可利用的造纸纤维和白水。该尾浆筛采用复合式机械结构,集浮选净化器和排渣分离机的功能于一体,具有离解、筛选、除渣、脱水多种功能。通过在造纸行业的实际使用,该设备具有过浆量大、筛选效率好、纤维流失率低、排渣干度高等特点,值得推广应用。

The multifunctional tail stock screen was used in the final stage of the waste paper pulp screening system to remove various light and heavy impurities in tail stock after the first stage of the rough screening system and to recover the available paper fiber and white water.The screen adopts a composite mechanical structure,integrating the functions of f lotation purifier and slag removal separator in one,with a variety of functions of dissociation,screening,slag removal and dewatering.Through the actual use in paper mills,the equipment was featured by large pulp flow,good screening efficiency,low fiber loss,and high concentration of reject,which is worthy of wide-spread application.
