新型夯土墙模板系统夯筑侧位移敏感性因素分析

摘要 针对当前我国新农村建设新型夯土墙模板系统在夯筑时模板的变形影响进行研究和分析.利用ANSYS-LS-DYNA有限元软件,对生土夯实墙新型模板系统建立有限元数值模拟模型,采用DP模型作为土体模拟材料,对模板板块长度、夯筑顺序、密肋支设和铺土厚度等4个敏感性因素进行分析,结果表明:在密肋作用下,模板板块越长,变形越小;夯锤自中间向两端夯筑较自一端向另一端夯筑变形小;模板有密肋支设比无密肋支设变形小;土层铺设厚度与板块厚度相同时,模板接缝处变形较大. In view of the new loam wall formwork system of new rural construction in the state of deformation effect of formwork which is in ramming on research and analysis,this paper takes use of ANSYS-LS-DYNA finite element software and establishes a finite element numerical simulation model of a new formwork system for immature soil punning wall,by using the DP model as the simulation of soil material.According to analysis of four sensitivity factors,such as the length of template plate,compaction sequence,the support and placement of dense ribs and the thickness of paving soil,we can obtain the following result:under the effect of dense ribs,the longer the template section is,the smaller the deformation is;ramming from the middle to both ends of the rammer is less deformed than ramming from one end to the other end.The deformation of formwork with dense ribs support is smaller than that without dense ribs support;When the thickness of the soil layer is the same as that of the plate,the joints of the formwork will deform greatly.
