天津市土地整治项目的时空分布特征

摘要 分析天津市土地整治项目及整治内容的空间差异规律,为国土空间整治方向的确定提供数据支撑.以天津市2010—2017年土地整治项目数据为基础,采用GIS空间分析方法,研究土地整治项目及土地整治四大工程的时空分布特征.实际建设总规模和实际新增耕地面积的高密度区主要分布在静海区、宝坻区和以宝坻区正南方位为中心的邻域区,低密度区以滨海新区为主.实际总投资中,高密度区在武清区、津南区以及静海区东南方分布较多;项目点在各区的分布趋势与实际总投资趋势高度一致,低密度区主要分布在滨海新区.土地平整工程建设完成比最高的是东丽区和宝坻区;灌区渠建设密度最大的是东丽区和静海区,低密度区主要分布在滨海新区;田间路网建设密度最高的是东丽区和宁河区;防护林建设密度在宝坻区最大.未来土地平整工程建设应以津南区及静海区为主,农田水利工程建设应重点集中在宝坻区、武清区、北辰区和西青区4个区,津南区、西青区、北辰区和滨海新区应着重加强田间道路建设,且要同步考虑防护林规划建设. The spatial difference rules of Tianjin land consolidation project and its content are analyzed to provide data support for the determination of land consolidation direction.The spatio-temporal distribution of land consolidation project in Tianjin was analyzed using GIS spatial analysis method from 2010 to 2017.The spatio-temporal distribution of land consolidation project in Tianjin was analyzed using GIS spatial analysis method from 2010 to 2017.The high-density areas of the practical construction total scale and the added cultivated land area are distributed in Jinghai District,Baodi District and the Neighborhood Space in the center of Baodi District due south,while the low-density areas are mainly in New Coastal Region.The high-density area of total investment was concentrated on Wuqing,Jinnan and the southeast of Jinghai areas.The distribution trend of project point in each region was highly consistent with the practical total investment trend,and the low-density area was distributed in New Coastal Region.The completion ratio of land level project in Dongli District and Baodi District were highest.The density of canal construction in the irrigation areas were highest in Dongli District and Jinghai District,but the low density area was mainly distributed in New Coastal Region.The highest density of field road network concentrated on Dongli District and Ninghe District,and the density of shelterbelt construction was the largest in Baodi District.In the future,land leveling construction will be the main task in Jinnan and Jinghai Districts,and the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects should focus on four districts:Baodi,Wuqing,Beichen and Xiqing districts,while Jinnan District,Xiqing District,Beichen District and New Coastal Region district should focus on strengthening the construction of field roads and simultaneously consider the planning and construction of shelter forests.
