Exploration on the Implementation Path of Green City:Breaking the Triangle Predicament of Construction Industry with New Construction Economy

为探索促进城市绿色发展的可行路径,分析现有研究对建筑经济内涵认知的不足,在对其进行补充完善的基础上,试探性提出新型建筑经济这一发展理念.论述了新型建筑经济的内涵、构成要素及作用机理:通过新材料新技术、新型建筑形式、新型承发包模式、新型信息化平台、新型管理模式等要素的综合集成作用,致力于实现建筑业经济节省、资源节约和环境保护等目标.基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对其预期效益进行评估,得出“新型建筑经济能较好地打破建筑业发展三角困境,实现城市绿色、健康、可持续发展”的结论.

In order to explore the feasible path to promote the green development of the city,this paper analyzes the existing research on the lack of understanding of the architectural economic connotation,and tentatively propose the development concept of the new construction economy on the basis of improvement.The connotation,components and mechanism of the new construction economy are discussed:the construction industry economy is realized through the comprehensive integration of new materials and new technologies,new architectural forms,new contracting package models,new information platforms and new management models.Savings,resource conservation and environmental protection goals.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the expected benefits are evaluated,and the conclusion is obtained that the new construction economy can better break the triangle dilemma of the construction industry and realize the green,healthy and sustainable development of the city.
