摘要 牙周维护治疗的总体目标是通过定期的预防性干预和患者自我口腔清理,将疾病的复发率降至最低,使治疗后的预后转归稳定保持。菌斑控制是牙周维护治疗阶段的核心内容。文章就牙周维护治疗期间菌斑控制的方法做一介绍,并提出医患合作下的菌斑控制,以期从医患双方角度提高牙周病患者的远期治疗效果。 The overall goal of periodontal maintenance therapy is to minimize the recurrence of periodontal disease through regular preventive intervention and self-oral cleaning,and to keep the stable healing outcome after treatment.Among them,plaque control is the core content of periodontal maintenance therapy.This article makes a systematic introduction of the methods of plaque control during periodontal maintenance therapy,and recommends doctor-patient cooperation in plaque control,in order to improve the long-term treatment effect on patients with periodontal disease from the viewpoints of both doctors and patients.
