穴位埋线对围绝经综合征患者Kupperman评分及雌激素的影响

Effects of Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Kupperman Score and Estrogen in Patients with Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的观察穴位埋线对围绝经综合征患者Kupperman评分及雌激素的影响。方法90例围绝经综合征患者随机分为埋线组、电针组及药物组,每组30例。埋线组采用可吸收羊肠线埋入肾俞(双)、关元、子宫(双)、三阴交(双)穴,10d1次;电针组取穴同埋线组,隔日1次;药物组口服倍美力0.625mg,每日1次。治疗2个月后比较Kupperman指数(MI)变化及血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果3组治疗后,Kupperman指数(MI)均明显降低(P<0.01),埋线组与电针组优于药物组;E2水平均明显升高,LH、FSH水平均明显下降(P<0.05),3组之间两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线改善围绝经综合征患者症状与电针疗效相当,可能机制是通过调整雌激素水平实现的。

Objective To observe the effects of acupoint catgut embedding on Kupperman score and estrogen in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 90 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided intocatgut embedding group,electro-acupuncture(EA)group and drug group,30 cases each.In catgut embedding group,absorbable catgut was implanted into Shenshu(dual),Guanyuan,uterus(dual)and Sanyinjiao(dual)points once per day for 10 d;in EA group,the same catgut embedding was performed once every other day;in drug group,Premarin 0.625 mg was taken orally once per day.The Kupperman index(MI)and serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were compared after two months of treatment.Results After treatment,the Kupperman index(MI)of the three groups were obviously decreased,while embedding group and EA group were superior to medicine group;the level of E2 increased obviously,while that of LH and FSH decreased remarkably.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint catgut embedding on improving the symptoms in patients with perimenopausal syndrome is equal to EA.The possible mechanism is that acupoint catgut embedding can adjust the level of estrogen.
