银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠脉介入术后疗效观察

Effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule on Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠脉介入(PCI)术后的疗效。方法以我院收治的84例AMI行PCI术后的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者术后采用常规标准化治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予银丹心脑通软胶囊进行治疗。比较两组的疗效及心功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与同组PCI术后1d相比,术后1个月两组心功能指标改善不明显(P>0.05),术后3个月两组左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)、左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、室间隔厚度(IVSD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWD)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)、左心室舒张末内径(LVDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVDS)均下降,左心室射血分数(LVEF)升高(P<0.05),术后3个月观察组LVEDVI、LVESVI、LVDD、LVDS、IVSD、LVPWD、LVMI均低于对照组,但LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊能明显改善AMI患者PCI术后的疗效,改善心脏舒缩功能及心肌肥厚,增加左心室射血分数,改善心室重构。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 86 cases of patients with AMI who underwent PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases each.Control group was treated with routine standardized treatment,observation group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on the basis of control group.The efficacy and cardiac function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with 1 d after PCI in the same group,the improvement of cardiac function index was not significant 1 month after operation(P>0.05),and left ventricular end-diastolic volume index(LVEDVI),left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI),interventricular septum thickness(IVSD),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWD),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDS)decreased in both groups 3 months after operation,left Ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was elevated(P<0.05).The LVEDVI,LVESVI,LVDD,LVDS,IVSD,LVPWD and LVMI were lower in observation group than those in control group 3 months after operation,the LVEF was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule can significantly improve the efficacy of postoperative PCI in patients with AMI,improve cardiac systolic function and cardiac hypertrophy,increase left ventricular ejection fraction,and improve ventricular remodeling.
