口腔癌患者手术相关吞咽障碍的研究进展

Research progress on surgery-related dysphagia in patients with oral cancer

吞咽障碍是口腔癌患者的常见症状之一,可引起多种并发症,严重影响患者的治疗结局和生命质量。本文从影响因素、测评工具和康复管理三个方面,概述口腔癌手术相关吞咽障碍的研究状况,为探索术后早期吞咽功能提供理论基础,为患者康复提供指导。

Dysphagia,or swallowing impairment,is one of the common symptoms in patients with oral cancer,which may cause a variety of complications,negatively affects the patient′s treatment outcome and quality of life.This article summarizes the research status of dysphagia related to oral cancer surgery from three aspects of influencing factors,assessment tools and rehabilitation management,provides a theoretical basis for exploring early swallowing function,and provides guidance for patients′rehabilitation.
