芪参丹芍颗粒对慢性稳定性冠心病病人运动耐量的影响

Influences of Qishen Danshao Granule on Exercise Tolerance of Patients with Chronic Stable Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察芪参丹芍颗粒对慢性稳定性冠心病病人运动耐量的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2018年10月北京中医药大学东方医院心内科门诊就诊的慢性稳定性冠心病病人49例。在常规治疗基础上,加用芪参丹芍颗粒治疗,比较治疗前后平板运动试验代谢当量、左室射血分数、心绞痛积分及欧洲健康五维量表评分变化。结果治疗后平板运动试验代谢当量均值较治疗前提高0.75 METs(P<0.05);其中治疗前代谢当量<10 METs受试者平板运动试验代谢当量均值提升1.32 METs(P<0.05);治疗后左室射血分数较治疗前提高3%(P<0.05),心绞痛积分较治疗前下降3.20分(P<0.05);欧洲健康五维量表评分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪参丹芍颗粒能有效提高慢性稳定性冠心病病人运动耐量、改善心绞痛症状和生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of Qishen Danshao granule on exercise tolerance of patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease.Methods From March 2017 to October 2018,49 patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease were selected from the outpatient department of Cardiology,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese medicine.On the basis of routine treatment,Qishen Danshao granule was added for 14.53±4.645 days.The changes of metabolic equivalent,left ventricular ejection fraction,angina score,and European five dimensional health scale score were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the mean value of metabolic equivalent in treadmill exercise test increased by 0.75 METs(P<0.05).The mean value of metabolic equivalent of patients(<10 METs)in treadmill exercise test increased by 1.32 METs(P<0.05).The mean value of left ventricular ejection fraction increased by 3%(P<0.05).The mean score of angina decreased 3.20(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the European five dimensional health scale(EQ-5D health description system and EQ-VAS)before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Danshao granule can effectively improve exercise tolerance,angina symptoms,and quality of life in patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease.
