摘要
沿空巷道端锚锚索锚固强度低,围岩控制效果差。全长锚固支护可明显改善支护-围岩系统整体性和力学联系,针对性开发全锚锚索和高稠度、高粘滞性注浆材料,可有效增加巷道抵抗冲击变形能力和系统阻尼耗能性能,应用于赵楼煤矿冲击地压倾向沿空巷道支护,显著提高锚索锚固性能和降低巷道变形,且施工工艺简便,成本低。
The anchoring strength of anchor cable along the empty roadway end is low and the surrounding rock control effect is poor.The full-length anchoring support can obviously improve the integrity and mechanical relation of the supporting-rocking system,and develop the full anchor cable and high consistency and high viscosity grouting material.It can effectively increase the resistance of the roadway to impact deformation and the damping and energy dissipation of the system,and is applied to the support of the roadway along the air in Zhaolou Coal Mine,which significantly improve anchoring performance and reduce roadway deformation.At the same time,the construction technology is simple and the cost is low.
