摘要
为实现伯方煤矿无煤柱开采,采用巷道充填系统,采用膜袋加固、"超前单体+铰接顶梁"、顶板锚索补强等加强支护,抵制采空区侧向支承压力影响,控制留巷的变形。根据留巷效果分析:回采期间,巷道的顶板最大下沉量为200mm,留巷顶板变形处在可控范围内。
In order to realize the pillar free mining in Bofang Coal Mine,the roadway filling system is adopted,and the membrane bag reinforcement,"leading monomer+hinged roof beam",roof anchor cable reinforcement are adopted to strengthen the support,resist the influence of the side support pressure in the goaf,and control the deformation of the remained roadway.According to the analysis of retaining effect:during the mining period,the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof is 200 mm,and the deformation of the retaining roadway roof is within the controllable range.
