摘要
针对近距离煤层工作面过空巷容易发生漏顶、压架事故,本文以磁窑沟煤矿11102工作面过空巷为工程背景,对充填法控制顶板的原理进行了分析,采用数值模拟的方法对高水充填材料的合理强度进行了研究。研究表明:随着充填体强度的增强,空巷围岩的承载能力逐渐增强,变形量逐渐减小,11102工作面过空巷充填材料合理强度为8MPa。
In view of the accidents of roof leakage and frame pressing easily happened in the short distance coal seam working face passing through the empty roadway,this paper analyzes the principle of roof control by filling method based on the engineering background of Ciyaogou Coal Mine 11102 working face,and studies the reasonable strength of high water filling material by numerical simulation.The results show that with the increase of the strength of the backfill,the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the goaf is gradually enhanced,and the deformation is gradually reduced.The reasonable strength of the backfill material passing through the goaf in 11102 working face is 8MPa.
