摘要
针对矿井主排水系统现有控制方式效率低、人员劳动强度大等问题,本文提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC和组态王6.55的井下主排水泵房自动化系统,介绍了系统的结构、自动化设计、组态王监控设计。实践证明该系统可靠性高,取得了较好的经济效益,为数字化矿山建设打下了坚实的基础。
In view of the low efficiency of the existing control mode of the mine main drainage system and the high labor intensity of the personnel,this paper proposes an automatic system of the underground main drainage pump house based on S7-300 PLC and Kingview 6.55,and introduces the structure,automatic design and kingview monitoring design of the system.The practice shows that the system has high reliability and good economic benefits,which lays a solid foundation for the construction of digital mine.
