分流对选煤厂介耗影响的分析与实践

Analysis and Practice of the Influence of By-pass Flow on Medium Consumption in Coal Preparation Plant

介质消耗量对选煤厂经济效益和重介分选系统稳定性有重要影响。本文系统分析了选煤厂分流量的影响因素及其对介耗的影响,提出了降低选煤厂介耗的优化措施,并在枣矿集团柴里煤矿进行了实践,使该厂介耗降低至0.99kg/t,降幅达0.24 kg/t,每年节省介质成本56.04万元,经济效益显著。

The medium consumption has an important influence on the economic benefit of coal preparation plant and the stability of heavy medium separation system.This paper systematically analyzes the factors that affect the by-pass flow,the influence of the by-pass flow on the mediumconsumption,puts forward the optimization measures to reduce the medium consumption.And carries out the practice in Chaili Coal Preparation Plant,which eventually reduces media consumption to 0.99kg/t,with a decrease of 0.24kg/t.The annual medium cost is saved by 560400 yuan,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
