高职院校学生创业状况调查——以佛山职业技术学院为样本

Survey on Status of Students’Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study of Foshan Polytechnic

通过对佛山职业技术学院学生创业现状进行调查,发现高职院校学生创业面临地方政府对高职学生创业支持不足、院校促进学生创业的作用还没有很好发挥、学生自身严重缺乏创业准备、家庭对高职学生创业提供的帮助不大等挑战。为此,政府层面要营造创业氛围,提供优质服务;院校层面要搭建创新创业平台,树立创业典型,构建高水平师资队伍,搭建创新创业活动载体,设立专项支持经费;学生自身层面要增强创业素质,提升综合能力,组建创业精英团队;家庭层面要转变教育理念,实现家校合作。

According to a survey of the current situation of students’entrepreneurship in Foshan Polytechnic,it was found that students in higher vocational colleges faced many challenges,such as the support from local government for entrepreneurship of higher vocational college students is inadequate,the role of colleges and universities in promoting entrepreneurship has not yet been brought into full play,the students themselves lack serious entrepreneurship preparations,and the families do not provide much help to higher vocational college students to start their own business.It is necessary to,at the government level,create an entrepreneurial atmosphere and provide highquality services;at the university level,to build an innovation and entrepreneurship platform,set up a model of entrepreneurship,build a high-level faculty team,build a carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,and set up the special support funds;at students themselves level,to enhance the quality of entrepreneurship,improve the comprehensive ability and set up an elite team of entrepreneurs;and at the family level,to change the educational concept and achieve the home-school cooperation.
