摘要
职业学校与企业人员共享符合当今时代共享理念,是职业教育产教融合的对象与桥梁,对于促进教师、企业技术人员、学生、学校与企业等主体的发展具有广泛的价值。作为一项产教协同机制,校企人员共享应基于多元主体的共同利益、国家政策以及具体制度进行系统建构。虽然国家高度重视校企人员共享,但由于思想认识、管理制度、经费、区域经济与教师工作量等因素,校企人员共享并未取得广泛的、显著的成效。为促进校企人员共享,未来可采取提高思想认识水平、加强制度革新、建立专项经费机制、创新共享策略、扩充教师队伍规模等措施。
Personnel sharing between vocational school and enterprise conforms to the concept of sharing in the current era.It is the object and bridge of the integration of industry and education in vocational education.It has a wide range of values for promoting the development of teachers,enterprise technicians,students,schools and enterprises.As a collaborative mechanism of production and education,schoolenterprise personnel sharing is based on the common interests of multiple subjects,national policies and specific system construction.Although the state attaches great importance to school-enterprise personnel sharing,due to ideological awareness,management system,funds,regional economy and teachers'workload,etc.,school-enterprise personnel sharing has not achieved extensive and significant results.In order to promote the sharing of school-enterprise personnel,measures can be taken in the future,such as improving the level of ideological awareness,strengthening institutional innovation,establishing a special funding mechanism,innovating the sharing strategy and expanding the scale of the faculty.
