Research on Key Inspection Points and Solutions for Typical Defect Treatment Measures in Internal Inspection of Power Station Boilers

电站锅炉运行压力大、工作温度高,锅炉本体系统多且复杂,锅炉内部检验对锅炉运行安全显得尤为重要。本文根据广州市近4年电站锅炉定期检验情况,以南沙区某运行小时数超10万的电站锅炉内部检验为依据,对电站锅炉内部检验中检验要点、检验方法以及典型缺陷进行阐述与总结,及时跟踪缺陷处理状况,消除电站锅炉潜在的安全隐患。

the high operating pressure,high working temperature of power station boilers,and the numerous and complex boiler systems make boiler internal inspection become extremely important for boiler safe operation.According to the periodic inspection of power station boilers in Guangzhou in recent 4 years,and based on the internal inspection of a power station boiler working over 100,000 hours in Nansha district,this paper expounds and summarizes the key inspection points,inspection methods and typical defects in the internal inspection of power station boilers so as to timely trace the defect treatment status and eliminate the potential safety hazard of power station boilers.
