宣化降平清利汤对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿的治疗价值

Therapeutic value of Xuanhuajiangpingqingli decoction on chronic bronchitis with emphysema

目的探讨宣化降平清利汤对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿的治疗价值。方法选取慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者88例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,包括推注盐酸氨溴索,口服茶碱缓释片,静滴头孢呋辛钠等;观察组在对照组基础上联合宣化降平清利汤治疗,每日300 mL,分2次服用,早晚各1次,两组均用药3周,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及肺功能指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、喘息及肺啰音消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后PEF、FEV1及FEV1/FVC比值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣化降平清利汤可提升慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿治疗效果,使患者临床症状得到有效改善,并提升机体肺功能,效果优于单纯应用常规西医药物。

Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction for chronic bronchitis with emphysema. Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema were selected and divided into control group and study group, with 44 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, including bolus ambroxol hydrochloride, oral theophylline sustained-release tablets, intravenous infusion of cefuroxime sodium.The observation group was combined with Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction on the basis of the control group, 300 mL daily. Take it 2 times, once in the morning and evening, and take the medicine for 3 weeks in both groups. Compare the clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms disappearance time, and pulmonary function indexes of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The cough, wheezing, and lung rales disappeared in the study group were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the maximum expiratory flow(PEF), forced expiratory volume(FEV1) and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC) ratios between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);PEF and FEV1 And the ratio of FEV1/FVC was higher than the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction can improve the treatment of chronic bronchitis with emphysema, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and improve the lung function of the body. The effect is better than that of conventional western medicine alone.
