民营上市公司研发支出与企业绩效的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between R&D Expenditure and Firm Performance of Private Listed Companies

民营企业在我国经济社会发展中发挥着重要的作用,其在促进社会稳定、经济总量提升、稳定就业等方面至关重要。但仍然存在许多问题,制约其发展。基于企业创新可持续发展的研究视角,选取民营上市公司2016—2018年度的数据,实证研究民营上市公司的研发支出、企业绩效和研发费用资本化转化比之间的关系。结果表明,民营上市公司研发支出与企业绩效之间存在一定的正相关关系,研发投入在一定程度上可以促进企业绩效的增长。

Private enterprises play an important role in the process of China’s economic and social development,and they are crucial in promoting social stability,improving economic aggregates and stabilizing employment.However,there are some problems that restraint the development of private enterprises.Based on the perspective of sustainable development of enterprise innovation,this paper selects the data from private listed companies of 2016-2018,empirically studies the relationship between R&D expenditure,corporate performance and capitalization conversion ratio.The result shows that there is a certain positive correlation between R&D expenditures and corporate performance,and R&D investment can promote the growth of corporate performance to a certain extent.
