视障者社会融入的需求评估研究——基于布拉德肖的需求四分法

A Study on Assessment for Social Integration of Visually Impaired Persons——Based on Bradshaw’s Needs Measuring Approach

视障者作为残障人群中的一个特殊群体,其社会融入一直备受关注。社会工作者在促进视障者社会融入时应注重需求评估的重要性,要秉持"需求为本"的原则,在真正了解残障人需求的基础上,更好地促进视障者的社会融入。基于布拉德肖的需求四分法,通过个案访谈法、实地调查法对YX残障机构视障者的社会融入现状进行需求评估,发现视障者在社会融入中存在就业、交往、学习等需求。通过总结需求不足的问题,并对其进行原因分析,进而探讨社会工作的相关服务建议。

Visually impaired persons is a special group of people with disabilities,whose social integration has attract much attention.Social workers should pay attention to the importance of the demands assessment when promoting the social integration of the visually impaired persons,advocate the"demand-based"principle and better promote the social integration of them on the basis of a sufficient understanding of the demands of the disabled persons.Based on Bradshaw’s demands measuring approach,this paper uses the case interview method and field investigation method to carry out demands assessment on the social integration status of visually impaired persons in YX institution,it was found that the visually impaired persons had employment,communication and learning demands in social integration.By summarizing the problems of the insufficient demands and analyzing the reasons,it further discusses the related service suggestions on social work.
