控制高血压是心脑血管疾病防治的重中之重.世界上,高血压流行现状严峻,发病率高、控制率低;在我国,高血压的患病率仍呈上升趋势."互联网+"医疗能够弥补传统医疗的许多不足之处,最大程度地提高高血压的防控效率和效果.研究表明,以互联网技术为载体,短信、手机软件、云端数据等为媒介,通过多维度实现对高血压患者的高效管理和干预,可以显著提高高血压控制率,降低心脑血管事件发生率.本文主要分析互联网辅助下对高血压人群的干预、监督和指导."互联网+"高血压诊疗模式在我国具有巨大的应用前景和需求,这就要求我们不断研究与探索,推动移动医疗逐步完善与成熟.

Controlling hypertension is the core of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In the worldwide,hypertension has become a serious problem with high incidence and low control rate.In China,the prevalence of hypertension continues to increase quickly.Internet-based medical care makes up for many shortcomings of traditional medical treatment and improves the effects of hypertension management.Many previous studies have proved that Internet-based general intervention,employing Internet as a platform,using SMS,mobile phone software and cloud data as a medium,could significantly increase the control rate of hypertension and decrease the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.This article mainly discusses the intervention,supervision and guidance of the hypertensive population assisted by the Internet.The"Internet+"hypertension diagnosis and treatment model has huge prospects and demands in China,even though the road of mobile medical treatment in China is still being explored.These ask us try our best to promote the maturity of the"Intemet+"medical system.
