摘要
目的研究护理绩效考核在心内科护理管理中的应用。方法在2017年5月—2018年5月心内科的临床护理中实施两种不同的护理管理方式,将科室的24名护士分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受传统的护理管理,观察组接受护理绩效考核管理,两组护理人员的护理效果进行对比,观察患者满意度评分、护理差错事件发生率、护理不良事件发生率以及护理质量评分。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量评分以及患者满意度评分显著优于对照组,且观察组护理人员的护理差错事件发生率、护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理管理中实施绩效考核护理模式,可有效的降低临床护理中护理差错事件发生率、护理不良事件发生率,提升患者对于护理人员的满意度,促进和谐护患关系的建立,改善临床护理质量,具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the application of nursing performance assessment in cardiology nursing management.Methods Two different nursing management methods were implemented in the clinical nursing of cardiology department from May 2017 to May 2018.The 24 nurses in the department were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received traditional nursing management and the observation group undergoing nursing performance assessment management,the nursing effects of two groups of nursing staff were compared,and the patient satisfaction score,the incidence of nursing error events,the incidence of adverse nursing events and the quality of nursing care were observed.Results The nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of nursing error events and adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of performance assessment nursing mode in cardiology nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors and adverse events in clinical nursing,improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff,promote the establishment of harmonious nursing-patient relationship,and improve clinical quality of care,which has very important clinical significance.
