摘要
目的探讨呼吸内科护理管理中临床护理保护的应用价值。方法纳入2018年4月-2019年7月该院呼吸内科接诊的住院患者90例,采用数字抽签法划分成研究和对照两组(n=45)。当中,研究组实行临床护理保护,对照组实行常规护理管理。分析对比两组的护理风险事件发生率等指标。结果研究组的医患纠纷发生率为0.00%、护理风险事件发生率为2.22%,比对照组的8.89%以及17.78%低(P<0.05)。研究组的患者满意度为97.78%,比对照组的82.22%高(P<0.05)。结论运用临床护理保护,对预防呼吸内科护理风险事件的发生具有显著作用,且有助于提高患者满意度,建议推广。
Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing protection in nursing management of respiratory medicine. Methods 90 inpatients admitted from April 2018 to July 2019 in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of this hospital were enrolled and divided into study and control groups by digital lottery(n=45). Among them, the research group implemented clinical nursing protection, and the control group implemented routine nursing management. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of nursing risk events and other indicators. Results The incidence rate of doctor-patient disputes in the study group was 0.00% and the incidence rate of nursing risk events was 2.22%, which was lower than the 8.89% and 17.78% of the control group(P<0.05). Patient satisfaction in the study group was 97.78%, which was higher than 82.22% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of clinical nursing protection has a significant effect on preventing the occurrence of risk events in respiratory medicine nursing, and it is helpful to improve patient satisfaction. It is recommended to promote it.
