PDCA循环管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of PDCA Cycle Management Mode in Emergency Nursing Management

目的分析PDCA循环管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法将该院于2017年3月-2018年5月收治的急诊患者120例及护理人员20名作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(n=60)及对照组(n=60),护理人员每组10名,观察组实施PDCA循环管理模式,对照组实施常规护理管理,对比观察护理不良事件(风险事件、投诉事件、护患纠纷)发生率以及患者的生活质量、护理满意度、护理人员考核成绩评分。结果观察组患者生活质量(情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛、身体健康)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总满意度优于对照组护理满意度(P<0.05),观察组患护理不良事件发生率少于对照组护理不良事件(风险事件、投诉事件、护患纠纷)发生率(P<0.05),观察组护理人员成绩评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果较好,提升患者的生活质量、提升患者护理满意度,同时有效降低不良事件的发生率,提升护理人员的工作能力,临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA cycle management mode in emergency nursing management. Methods A total of 120 emergency patients and 20 nursing staff who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were used as observation objects. They were randomly divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n =60). 10 nursing staff in each group. The observation group implemented the PDCA cycle management mode, and the control group implemented routine nursing management. The incidence of adverse events(risk events, complaint events, and nurse-patient disputes) and the quality of life of patients, nursing satisfaction, and nursing staff assessment score were compared. Results The quality of life(emotion function, mental health, social function, physical pain, and physical health)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the overall satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(risk events, complaint events, and nursing disputes)(P<0.05), and the scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model has a good application effect in emergency nursing management. It improves the quality of life of patients and satisfaction of patient care. At the same time, it effectively reduces the incidence of adverse events and improves the work ability of nursing staff. The clinical effect is significant.
