小儿过敏性紫癜循证护理管理的应用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing Management of Pediatric Allergic Purpura

目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜循证护理管理的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月-2018年12月该院收治的70例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各35例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,两组比较治疗依从性、症状消失时间、住院时间、家长护理满意度。结果治疗依从性观察组患儿为97.1%,对照组患儿为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状消失时间、住院时间观察组与对照组相比明显缩短,P均<0.05。结论循证护理用于小儿过敏性紫癜护理中,可有效提高患儿的治疗依从性,加快症状缓解速度,具有良好的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing management of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods A total of 70 children with pediatric allergic purpura admitted in the hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, 35 cases/group. The control group implements routine nursing, and the observation group implements evidence-based nursing, and the two groups compared treatment adherence, symptom disappearance time, hospital stay, and parental care satisfaction. Results The children in the treatment compliance observation group were 97.1% and those in the control group were 80.0%. There was a statistical difference(P<0.05). Abdominal pain disappearance time, skin purpura disappearance time, and hospital stay time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children, accelerate the speed of symptom relief,and has good nursing effect.
