助产士分级授权管理模式在产房质量控制的临床应用效果

The Clinical Application Effect of the Midwife Grade Authorization Management Mode in the Quality Control of Delivery Room

目的分析助产士分级授权管理模式在产房质量控制的临床应用效果。方法选择2017年8月-2018年9月该院接受的76例产妇作为案例,结合不同的管理方式随机实施分组,分别是对照组和观察组,分别实施的是常规管理方式和助产士分级授权管理模式,分别管理后对结果进行分析。结果对比分析两组案例的产房质量控制情况,观察组的各项不良反应的发生几率低于对照组。对比分析两组案例的护理满意度评分和职业成就感评分,观察组分数值较高。对比分析两组案例的护理事故的发生几率,对比得知,观察组的护理事故发生几率是5.2%,整体几率低于对照组。结论针对产妇实施助产士分级授权管理方式,整体上有重要的作用,能降低护理投诉和护理缺陷,有助于改善日常护理工作,值得实施和推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of the midwife’s hierarchical authorization management mode in the quality control of the delivery room. Methods A total of 76 women who were accepted by the hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as cases. They were randomly divided into two groups according to different management methods, namely the control group and the observation group. The conventional management methods and the midwife’s hierarchical authorization management mode were implemented respectively, analyze results after separate management. Results The quality control situation of the delivery room in the two groups was compared and analyzed. It was found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction score and professional achievement score of the two groups of cases were compared and analyzed, and the observed component values were higher. A comparative analysis of the incidence of nursing accidents between the two groups of cases was found that the incidence of nursing accidents in the observation group was 5.2%, and the overall probability was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The implementation of the midwife’s hierarchical authorization management method for mothers has an important role as a whole, can reduce nursing complaints and nursing defects, and help improve daily nursing work. It is worth implementing and promoting.
