院前急救紧急气道管理中采用可视喉镜的实施效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Visual Laryngoscope in Pre-hospital Emergency Airway Management

目的分析院前急救紧急气道管理中采用可视喉镜的实施效果评价。方法选取2017年3月-2018年6月该院收治的紧急气管插管患者92例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组46例进行常规管理,观察组46例进行强化管理,对比两种管理方式下的效果。结果观察组管理方式下一次插管成功以及总成功率97.82%均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组观察方式下喉镜检查成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);强化管理下不良状况率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在气管插管管理中进行强化下管理时可有效提升插管效率,控制并发症,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the evaluation of the implementation of visual laryngoscope in emergency airway management in pre-hospital emergency. Methods A total of 92 patients with emergency tracheal intubation treated in the hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object. The random odd and even number method was divided into 46 cases in the control group for routine management and 46 cases in the observation group for enhanced management.Compare the effects of the two management methods. Results The success rate of the next intubation and the total success rate of the observation group 97.82% in the management group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). the rate of adverse conditions under intensive management was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive management in tracheal intubation management can effectively improve intubation efficiency, control complications, and has clinical application value.
