摘要
目的探讨细节管理在儿科管理中的应用价值。方法 2017年2月-2019年5月,选择儿科100例患儿作为研究对象,按照是否实施细节管理将其分为对照组50例(实施常规儿科管理);观察组50例(实施细节管理),对比两组的满意度以及护理质量评分。结果对照组患儿家属对细节管理的满意度为72.00%,明显低于观察组94.00%(P<0.05)。对照组患儿家属对服务及时性、服务态度以及护理规范性评分,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论通过在儿科管理中实施细节管理,能够显著提高患儿家属的满意度以及护理质量。
Objective To explore the application value of detail management in pediatric management. Methods From February 2017 to May 2019, 100 pediatric patients were selected as the research object, and they were divided into a control group of 50 cases(implementing conventional pediatric management) and an observation group of 50 cases(implementing detailed management) according to whether to implement detailed management, compare the satisfaction and care quality scores of the two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of the family members of the children in the control group was72.00%, which was significantly lower than the observation group of 94.00%(P<0.05). The scores of the family members of the children in the control group on the service timeliness, service attitude, and nursing norms were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed management in pediatric management can significantly improve the satisfaction and quality of care of children’s families.
