品管圈对医院病案信息服务质量管理的影响

The Influe nce of Quality Control Circle on the Quality Management of Hospital Medical Record Information Service

目的对品管圈在医院病案信息服务质量管理中的应用及效果进行研究。方法以该院2018年1-12月期间的病案信息服务质量管理情况为例,随机选取其中的280份病案资料,根据其管理时间不同分为两个组别,每组有病案资料140份。其中,观察组为实施品管圈管理时期,对照组为未实施品管圈管理时期,对两组病案资料中的病案首页信息上传报错率以及病案首页主要诊断错误率、病案复印服务不满意率进行统计对比。结果观察组病案首页信息上传报错率以及病案首页主要诊断错误率、病案复印服务不满意率分别为1(0.71%)、2(1.43%)、3(2.14%),对照组分别为15(10.71%)、18(12.86%)、22(15.71%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病案信息服务质量管理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈在医院病案信息服务质量管理中应用具有较好的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application and effect of quality control circle in the quality management of hospital medical record information service. Methods Taking the medical records information service quality management in the hospital from January to December 2018 as an example, randomly selected 280 of them were divided into two groups according to their management time. Each group had its own medical records of 140 copies. Among them, the observation group is in the period of implementing quality control circle management, and the control group is in the period of not implementing quality control circle management. The rate of uploading and reporting error rates of the first page of the medical records in the medical record data, the main diagnosis error rate of the first page of the medical records, and the unsatisfactory rate of copying services made statistical comparisons. Results The error rate of uploading the information on the first page of the medical records in the observation group, the main diagnostic error rate on the first page of the medical records, and the unsatisfactory rate of copying services on the medical records were 1(0.71%), 2(1.43%), and 3(2.14%),and the control group was 15(10.71%) 18(12.86%), 22(15.71%), the contrast between the two groups was significantly different, and the effect of the quality of medical records information services in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the quality management of hospital medical record information service has a good effect, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
