全程护理管理对精神分裂症患者的护理服务效果研究

Study on the Effect of Whole Course Nursing Management on the Nursing Service of Schizophrenic Patients

目的研究与分析全程护理管理对精神分裂症患者的护理服务效果。方法该次研究的研究对象(2018年1月-2019年6月)为来该院治疗的84例精神分裂症患者,随后根据患者的入院先后顺序进行单双号标注,其中单号的42例患者作为常规护理管理组,双号的42例患者作为全程护理管理组,其中该院护理人员对常规管理组患者进行常规护理管理干预,而护理人员对全程管理组患者进行全程护理管理干预,随后对两组患者的社会功能情况(9.02±2.36)分以及护理效果等进行观察与分析。结果两组患者的护理效果以及社会功能等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症患者采取全程护理管理服务,可以有效地将护理效果提升,提升患者家属的入院满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of whole-course nursing management on the nursing service of patients with schizophrenia. Methods The subjects of this study(January 2018-June 2019) were 84 patients with schizophrenia who came to this hospital for treatment, and then the single and double numbers were labeled according to the order of patients’ admission, of which 42 of the single number Patients were used as the routine care management group, and 42 patients on the double number were used as the whole course management management group. Among them, the nursing staff of our hospital conducted routine care management interventions on the patients in the routine management group, and the nurses performed full care management interventions on the patients in the whole management group. Then observe and analyze the social function and nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The difference is statistically significant in the nursing effects and social functions(9.02±2.36)points between the two groups of patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting fullcourse nursing management services for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the nursing effect and improve the hospitalization satisfaction of patients’ families.
