摘要
目的探讨在重症监护室(ICU)护理带教中,实施PBL结合CBL教学方法的效果。方法于2015年1月-2019年1月选取100名在该院ICU病房实习的医学院学生为研究对象,随机分成以下两组:观察组50名、对照组50名。对照组实施常规ICU护理带教模式,观察组实施PBL+CBL的带教模式,观察两组护理带教效果。结果实习结束后,观察组实习生在客观题型、病理分析及总分上均要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生对临床护理带教模式的认可率上均要比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理带教中,实施PBL结合CBL的带教模式,可提高护理带教质量及实习生的满意率。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing PBL combined with CBL teaching methods in the intensive care unit(ICU) nursing teaching. Methods A total of 100 medical students who were interned in the ICU ward of the hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the following two groups: 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group implemented the conventional ICU nursing teaching mode, the observation group implemented the PBL + CBL teaching mode, and observed the effect of the nursing teaching in both groups. Results After the internship, the observation group interns had significantly higher objective test types, pathological analysis and total scores than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group interns had a higher recognition rate of clinical nursing teaching models. Higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In ICU nursing teaching, the implementation of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve the quality of nursing teaching and the satisfaction rate of interns.
