套袖式包皮环切术与包皮背侧切开术治疗包皮过长对比研究

Comparative Study on the Treatment of Excessive Foreskin Length by Sleeve-type Circumcision and Dorsal Foreskin Resection

目的对比研究套袖式包皮环切术与包皮背侧切开术治疗包皮过长的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月-2018年12月包皮过长患者66例,按治疗方案不同分组,背侧切开组33例采取包皮背侧切开术治疗,套袖式组33例采取套袖式包皮环切术治疗,观察比较2组术中失血量、麻醉药品使用剂量、术后疼痛(VAS)评分、性生活质量(SLQQ)评分及并发症发生率。结果套袖式组术中失血量(2.08±0.91)mL较背侧切开组(7.38±3.06)mL少,套袖式组并发症发生率3.03%(1/33)较背侧切开组27.27%(9/33)低(t=7.691,χ~2=4.394,P<0.05);套袖式组治疗后SLQQ评分(86.21±8.05)分较背侧切开组(78.23±7.39)分高(t=5.034,P<0.05)。结论与包皮背侧切开术治疗包皮过长相比,采取套袖式包皮环切术的临床效果更确切,患者并发症发生率更低,性生活质量更高。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of sleeve circumcision and foreskin dorsal incision for the treatment of prepuce. Methods From December 2013 to December 2018, Convenient selection of 66 patients with prepuce were selected according to the treatment plan. 33 patients in the dorsal group were treated with dorsal sacral incision, and 34 patients in the circumcision group were treated with sleeves. The circumcision was performed to observe the blood loss, the dose of anesthetic drugs, the postoperative pain(VAS) score, the sexual quality of life(SLQQ) score and the appearance satisfaction of the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss(2.08±0.91)mL in the sleeve-type group was lower than that in the dorsal incision group(7.38±3.06)mL, and the complication rate in the sleeve-type group was 3.03%(1/33) lower than that in the dorsal incision group 27.27%(9/33)(t=7.691, χ~2=4.394, P<0.05). After treatment, SLQQ score(86.21±8.05)points in the sleeve group was higher than that in the dorsal incision group(78.23±7.39)points(t=5.034, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the foreskin of the foreskin for the treatment of the foreskin is too long, the clinical effect of the sleeve circumcision is more accurate, and the patient’s appearance satisfaction and sexual life quality are higher.
