延续性护理对老年糖尿病肾病患者服药依从性、负性情绪和生命质量的影响

Effects of continuous nursing on medication compliance,negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察延续性护理对老年糖尿病肾病患者服药依从性、负性情绪和生命质量的影响。方法:选取103例老年糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组52例和对照组51例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受延续性护理,比较两组护理后服药依从性、生命质量评分及护理前后负性情绪评分。结果:护理后观察组Morisky服药依从性量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,健康调查简表各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用延续性护理可提高老年糖尿病肾病患者服药依从性和生命质量评分,降低负性情绪评分的效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective:To investigate effects of continuous nursing on medication compliance,negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:103 elderly diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on that of the control group.Then,the medication compliance,quality of life score,and negative emotion scores before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the Morisky medication compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group;the scores of all dimensions of the short from health survey were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve the medication compliance and quality of life scores in the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy,and reduce the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
