摘要
目的探讨对膝关节骨折患者实施早期与恢复期康复治疗对患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法方便选取该院骨科52例膝关节骨折手术患者(2015年1月-2018年10月间)纳入研究,根据患者实际康复治疗时间分为:早期组(n=26)、恢复期组(n=26),对早期组实施早期康复治疗,对恢复期实施恢复期康复治疗,分析患者术后恢复进程、并发症、疼痛、膝关节功能、关节活动度状况。结果早期组术后住院时间(13.2±3.2)d、骨折愈合时间(81.3±7.8)d、完全负重时间(89.8±7.5)d与恢复期组(17.8±3.8)d、(94.3±8.4)d、(103.5±7.6)d组间对比更低(t=4.721、5.783、6.542,P<0.05)。早期组患者术后并发症总发生率3.8%与恢复期组23.1%组间对比更低(χ~2=4.127,P=0.042)。早期组患者术后6个月VAS评分(2.2±0.2)分与恢复期组(3.1±0.3)分组间对比更低,Lysholm评分(85.7±5.8)分、关节活动度(96.4±6.4)°与恢复期组(76.5±6.5)分、(85.6±5.9)°组间对比更高(t=12.728、5.385、6.326,P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨折患者实施早期康复治疗可促进患者早日恢复,并减少并发症,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of early and recovery rehabilitation on postoperative functional recovery in patients with knee fractures. Methods Convenient select 52 patients with knee fracture surgery in orthopedics(January2015 to October 2018) were included in the study. They were divided into the early group(n=26) and the recovery group(n=26) according to the actual rehabilitation time of patients. To implement early rehabilitation treatment for the early group,and to perform rehabilitation rehabilitation during the recovery period, the postoperative recovery process, complications,pain, knee function, and joint mobility were analyzed. Results The postoperative hospital stay time(13.2 ±3.2)d, fracture healing time(81.3 ±7.8)d, complete weight bearing time(89.8 ±7.5)d, and recovery period(17.8 ±3.8)d,(94.3 ±8.4)d in the early group(103.5 ±7.6)d. The comparison between groups was lower(t =4.721, t =5.783, t =6.542, P <0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the early group was 3.8% compared with the 23.1% in the recovery group(χ~2=4.127, P=0.042). In the early group, the VAS score(2.2 ±0.2)points at 6 months after surgery was lower than that in the recovery group(3.1±0.3)points. The Lysholm score(85.7±5.8)points, the joint mobility(96.4±6.4)°, and the recovery group(76.5±6.5) points and(85.6±5.9) ° had a higher contrast between the groups(t=12.728, 5.385, 6.326, P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation for patients with knee fractures can promote early recovery, reduce complications and improve prognosis.
