30例颞下颌关节紊乱病因分析及治疗

Analysis and Treatment of 30 Cases of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders

目的探讨分析30例颞下颌关节紊乱病因分析及治疗。方法便利选取该院2012年9月-2019年7月收治的30例颞下颌关节紊乱患者,深入分析和研究患者发病原因,并且予以保守治疗,理疗及药物治疗综合干预手段,以此提升患者治疗效果。结果该组患者治疗总有效率为83.33%(25/30),患者接受治疗后6个月、12个月来院复查,无复发患者。治疗后,患者咀嚼功能为(75.3±11.5)%,最大张口限度为(3.1±0.4)cm,疼痛评分为(1.5±0.7)分,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(t=5.829、5.154、6.583,P<0.05)。结论在治疗颞下颌关节紊乱患者时,首先需要查明病因,按照发病原因给予针对性治疗干预。临床证实保守治疗,理疗及药物治疗颞下颌关节紊乱患者的临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the etiology and treatment of 30 cases of TMJ disorders. Methods 30 patients with temporomandibular joint disorders treated in the hospital from September 2012 to July 2019 were convenient selected, and the causes of the patients were analyzed and studied in depth, and comprehensive interventions of conservative treatment,physical therapy and drug treatment were performed to improve the treatment effect of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in this group of patients was 83.33%(25/30). The patients were reviewed at the hospital 6 months and 12 months after receiving the treatment. No relapse was found. After treatment, the patient’s chewing function was(75.3 ±11.5)%, the maximum mouth opening limit was(3.1±0.4) cm, and the pain score was(1.5±0.7) points, which was statistically significantly different from that before treatment(t=5.829, 5.154, 6.583, P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with temporomandibular joint disorders, the cause must first be identified, and targeted interventions should be given according to the cause. Clinically proven conservative treatment, physical therapy, and medication for patients with temporomandibular joint disorder have significant clinical effects.
