观察帕罗西汀合用喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的疗效和安全性

Observe the Efficacy and Safety of Paroxetine Combined with Quetiapine in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的评价帕罗西汀联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍(BP)的疗效及安全性。方法研究时间以2017年2月-2018年11月为准,方便选取该院收治的60例患者,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组30例单纯以帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用喹硫平治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后两组HAMD评分、BRMS评分变化,用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率83.33%显著高于对照组70.00%差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.966 P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组HAMD、BRMS评分分别为(23.86±3.34)分、(34.42±4.21)分与对照组(22.72±3.46)分、(35.01±4.53)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.872、0.572 P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HAMD、BRMS评分分别为(16.54±2.10)分、(21.04±2.13)分与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(t=5.572、5.490 P<0.05);对照组HAMD、BRMS评分分别为(20.12±2.87)分、(25.58±2.44)分与治疗前对比(t=5.140、5.201 P<0.05);观察组显著优于对照组(t=4.563、4.021 P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应发生率16.66%与对照组13.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.131 P>0.05)。结论针对双相情感障碍可利用帕罗西汀联合喹硫平治疗,能帮助显著改善患者抑郁、躁狂情况,且安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder(BP). Methods The study time was based on February 2017 to November 2018 Convenient select of 60 Patients admitted to the hospital, according to the random number table method, 30 patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine alone, and the observation group was treated with quetiapine on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared, as well as the changes in the HAMD score and BRMS score of the two groups before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the medication. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, 70.00%(χ~2=4.966,P <0.05). Before treatment, the HAMD and BRMS scores of the observation group were(23.86±3.34)points and(34.42±4.21)points compared with the control group(22.72 ±3.46)points and(35.01 ±4.53)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.872, 0.572, P>0.05);After treatment, the HAMD and BRMS scores in the observation group were(16.54±2.10)points and(21.04±2.13)points compared with those before treatment(t=5.572, 5.490 P<0.05);the HAMD and BRMS scores in the control group were(20.12±2.87)points,(25.58±2.44)points compared with before treatment(t=5.140, 5.201 P<0.05);the observation group was significantly better than the control group(t=4.563, 4.021 P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions during the medication period in the observation group was 16.66% compared with 13.33% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=0.131 P>0.05). Conclusion Paroxetine combined with quetiapine can be used to treat bipolar disorder. It can significantly improve the depression and mania of patients, and it is safe.
