术后综合护理对椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响

Effect of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Foraminal Surgery

目的探讨术后综合护理对椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响。方法方便收集2015年3月-2016年2月期间在该院行椎间孔镜术治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为综合护理组和常规护理组,每组40例。常规组术后实施常规护理措施,综合护理组术后实施综合护理,对比两组术后疗效及疼痛程度及不良情绪变化情况。同时对比两组术后并发症发生情况。结果综合护理组优良率为97.50%,明显高于常规护理组的77.50%(χ~2=7.314,P<0.05);疼痛评分(3.08±1.02)分明显低于常规护理组(5.36±1.27)分(t=8.853,P<0.05),SDS、SAS评分[(31.98±5.43)分、(36.80±4.61)分]较常规护理组[(45.66±5.08)分、(45.92±5.47)分]明显减轻(t=11.636,8.063,P<0.05),并发症发生率(0.00%)明显低于常护理组(15.00%)(χ~2=6.486,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可促进椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by foraminal surgery. Methods Convenient select a total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent intervertebral foraminal surgery in the hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were collected.The patients were divided into a comprehensive nursing group and a routine nursing group according to the random number table method, each group of 40 patients. Routine nursing measures were performed in the routine group after operation, and comprehensive care was performed in the general care group after operation. The postoperative curative effect, pain level,and adverse mood changes were compared between the two groups. Postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the comprehensive nursing group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group 77.50%(χ~2=7.314, P <0.05);the pain score(3.08 ±1.02)points was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group(5.36±1.27)points(t=8.853, P<0.05), the SDS and SAS scores[(31.98±5.43) points,(36.80±4.61)points] were significantly reduced compared with the routine nursing group [(45.66±5.08)points,(45.92±5.47)points](t=11.636, 8.063, P<0.05), and the incidence of complications(0.00%) was significantly lower than that of the regular care group(15.00%)(χ~2=6.486, P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation after intervertebral foraminal surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
