自然分娩产妇接受激励式护理对产程及负面情绪的影响

Impact of Incentive Nursing on Parturition and Negative Emotions in Natural Delivery

目的探究自然分娩产妇接受激励式护理对其产程以及负面情绪的影响。方法方便择取2018年3月-2019年5月期间该院收治的自然分娩产妇共80例为研究对象,通过抛硬币法进行随机分组,包括对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展激励式护理,比较两组产妇的产程时间,护理前后通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组产妇负面情绪改善效果,对比两组产妇妊娠结局。结果观察组产妇总产程时间(350.24±15.13)min少于对照组(480.32±20.46)min,差异有统计学意义(t=32.330,P<0.05);护理后观察组患者负面情绪SAS评分(28.65±2.74)分、SDS评分(32.42±3.06)分相比对照组(36.92±3.15)分、(40.63±3.14)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.528、11.843,P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良妊娠结局发生率分别为5.00%和20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.114,P<0.05)。结论激励式护理的开展能够有效缩短产妇的产程,改善其焦虑抑郁等不良心理,提升分娩安全性,因此该种护理模式可用于临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of receiving inspiring nursing care on natural labor and negative emotions.Methods A total of 80 cases of natural delivery women admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups by coin toss, including 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group. The control group carried out routine nursing, the observation group carried out motivated nursing, compared the labor time of the two groups of women, the effect of improving the negative mood of the two groups was evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) before and after the nursing. Comparison of maternal pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results The total birthing time of the observation group(350.24 ±15.13)min was shorter than that of the control group(480.32±20.46)min, and the difference was statistically significant(t=32.330, P<0.05). The negative emotion SAS score of the observation group was(28.65±2.74)points, SDS score(32.42±3.06)points was lower than the control group(36.92±3.15)points,(40.63±3.14)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.528,11.843, P<0.05);the observation group and the control group were not good of the incidences of pregnancy outcome were 5.00% and 20.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.114, P <0.05). Conclusion The development of motivational nursing can effectively shorten the delivery process of women, improve their anxiety and depression, and improve the safety of childbirth.Therefore, this nursing model can be used for clinical promotion.
