综合护理干预在慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用价值研究

目的针对慢性盆腔炎患者应用综合护理模式进行干预后的临床效果进行应用价值的分析研究。方法方便选取该院于2018年1月-2019年1月收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,并将其按照统计学方法随机分为50例实验组以及50例对照组,所有患者均接受妇科综合治疗,实验组患者在此基础上应用综合护理模式进行干预配合;经过综合治疗以及护理后对比两组患者治疗效果以及生活质量改善情况。结果所有患者经一月治疗及随访后统计发现实验组患者治疗总有效率95%明显优于对照组患者78%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.316,P=0.021);实验组患者经综合护理进行干预后生活质量评分中生理功能(65.79±10.85)分、身体疼痛(68.33±9.78)分、总体健康(76.53±8.11)分明显明显优于对照组的(52.47±11.26)分、(47.69±11.51)分、(44.46±9.57)分,指标组间数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.023、9.663、18.078,P<0.05)。结论针对慢性盆腔炎患者应用综合护理模式进行干预后的临床效果良好,能有效提升患者治疗效果,并改善患者生活质量,具有实际推广及广泛应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of the clinical effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease after comprehensive nursing mode intervention. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were convenient selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into 50 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group according to statistical methods. All patients received gynecological comprehensive treatment, patients in the experimental group applied comprehensive nursing mode for intervention and cooperation on this basis;after comprehensive treatment and nursing, the treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After one month of treatment and follow-up,all patients were found to have a total effective rate of 95% in the experimental group, which was significantly better than78% in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t =5.316, P =0.021);the experimental group of the physical function(65.79 ±10.85)points, physical pain(68.33 ±9.78)points, and overall health(76.53±8.11)points were significantly better in patients with quality of life after intervention through comprehensive nursing intervention than those in the control group(52.47 ±11.26)points,(47.69 ±11.51)points,(44.46 ±9.57)points, the data differences between the index groups were statistically significant(t=6.023, 9.663, 18.078, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing mode intervention for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is good. It can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It has practical promotion and wide application value.
