综合护理措施在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures in Soft Ureteral Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Upper Ureteral and Renal Calculi

目的分析综合护理措施在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石的临床效果。方法便利选取该院泌尿外科接收的输尿管上段结石与肾结石患者68例,时间为2018年1-12月,分组时用随机抽取法,对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预,将两组的并发症发生、生活自理能力情况加以比较。结果护理前两组Barthel评分分别是(21.54±2.57)分、(21.96±2.63)分,比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.666,P=0.508>0.05),护理后研究组的Barthel评分是(80.34±1.23)分,高于对照组的(45.01±1.15)分(t=122.342,P=0.001 <0.05);两组并发症发生率相比(8.82%vs 32.35%),研究组更低(χ~2=5.757,P=0.016<0.05)。结论对输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗肾结石、输尿管上段结石患者实施综合护理干预,可减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生活自理能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures in soft ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy for upper ureteral and kidney stones. Methods 68 patients with upper ureteral and renal calculi received by the department of urology were convenient selected from January to December 2018. The patients were randomly selected during grouping. The control group was given routine care. The research group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention. Complications and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The Barthel scores of the two groups before nursing were(21.54 ±2.57)points and(21.96 ±2.63)points, and there difference was no statistically significant(t=0.666,P=0.508>0.05). The Barthel score of the study group after nursing was(80.34±1.23)points, higher than(45.01±1.15)points in the control group(t=122.342,P=0.001 <0.05);compared with the two groups(8.82% vs 32.35%), the study group had a lower incidence(χ~2=5.757,P=0.016<0.05). Conclusion Holistic laser holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi and upper ureteral stones in patients with comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the ability of patients to take care of themselves.
