乳腺癌患者改良根治术的手术室护理配合

Operation Cooperation of Modified Radical Mastectomy in Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治手术护理配合效果。方法便利选取来该院进行乳腺癌改良根治手术进行治疗的68例患者作为研究对象,其中34例患者选取时间段为2017年1-12月作为对照组,而34例患者选取时间段为2018年1-12月作为观察组,其中对对照组患者未实施个性化的手术护理配合,而对观察组患者实施个性化的手术护理配合,术前充分准备、术中医护人员密切配合,同时手术应用无瘤技术。结果观察组与对照组患者的手术成功率以及并发症发生率等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者进行问卷调查,统计患者对手术室护理的满意情况,结果发现观察组为100.00%,远高于对照组(79.41%),组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.594,P<0.05)。结论应用无瘤技术,严格执行手术中的各种操作规程,可以减少癌细胞种植和扩散,提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing care with modified radical surgery for breast cancer. Methods 68 patients who were treated with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the hospital were convenient selected as the research objects. Among them, 34 patients were selected from January to December 2017 as the control group, and 34 patients were selected from January to December 2018 as the observation group, the patients in the control group were not provided with personalized surgical nursing cooperation, and the patients in the observation group were provided with personalized surgical nursing cooperation. The patients were fully prepared before the operation and the medical staff were in operation. Cooperate closely while applying tumor-free technology for surgery. Results There were significant differences in the surgical success rate and the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). A questionnaire survey was conducted between the two groups of patients to calculate the patient’s satisfaction with the operating room care. It was found that the observation group was 100.00%, which was much higher than the control group(79.41%).And differnce the data between the groups was statistically significant(χ~2=6.594, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of tumor-free technology and strict implementation of various operating procedures during surgery can reduce the implantation and spread of cancer cells and improve the success rate of surgery.
