仿生电刺激联合坤泰胶囊对雌激素治疗效果欠佳薄型子宫内膜的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Bionic Electrical Stimulation Combined with Kuntai Capsules on the Thin Endometrium with Poor Estrogen Treatment

摘要 目的探究仿生电刺激联合坤泰胶囊对雌激素治疗效果欠佳薄型子宫内膜的效果。方法择取2018年1月—2019年12月期间该院收治的40例雌激素治疗效果欠佳薄型子宫内膜患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,包括对照组20例和观察组20例。对照组行坤泰胶囊治疗,观察组行坤泰胶囊联合仿生电刺激治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后月经量、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流动力学以及性激素水平。结果治疗前两组患者月经量(14.16±2.58)mL和(14.18±2.61)mL,PI(2.08±0.41)和(2.09±0.43),RI(0.85±0.17)和(0.86±0.16),S/D(2.75±0.32)和(2.74±0.35),子宫内膜厚度(5.06±0.35)mm和(5.08±0.32)mm,E2(115.62±13.25)ng/L和(115.71±13.28)ng/L,孕酮(0.65±0.16)ng/mL和(0.66±0.18)ng/mL,FSH(6.62±1.27)U/L和(6.65±1.26)U/L,经比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.024、0.075、0.192、0.094,0.189、0.022、0.186、0.075,P>0.05),治疗后观察组月经量(32.43±2.66)mL多于对照组(24.62±2.42)mL,PI(-0.24±0.16)、RI(-0.16±0.11)、S/D(-0.32±0.13)高于对照组PI(-0.39±0.18)、RI(-0.25±0.13)、S/D(-0.44±0.15),子宫内膜厚度(8.32±1.12)mm高于对照组(6.45±1.08)mm,E2(36.41±6.27)ng/L、孕酮(0.32±0.13)ng/mL和FSH(1.38±0.65)U/L高于对照组E2(22.14±5.34)ng/L、孕酮(0.19±0.09)ng/mL和FSH(0.95±0.42)U/L,经比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.713、2.785、2.364、2.704,5.375、7.749、3.677、2.485,P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率90.00%高于对照组55.00%,经比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.032,P<0.05)。结论仿生电刺激联合坤泰胶囊对雌激素治疗效果欠佳薄型子宫内膜患者病情改善具有积极作用,可有效增加子宫内膜厚度,改善性激素水平和子宫血流动力学,因此该种治疗方法值得在临床中进行推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of bionic electrical stimulation combined with Kuntai capsule on the treatment of estrogen in thin endometrium.Methods Forty cases of thin endometrium patients with poor estrogen treatment effected in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.They were grouped according to the random number table method,including 20 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with Kuntai capsule,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with bionic electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,menstrual flow before and after treatment,endometrial thickness,endometrial hemodynamics and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The menstrual flow(14.16±2.58)mL and(14.18±2.61)mL,PI(2.08±0.41)and(2.09±0.43),RI(0.85±0.17)and(0.86±0.16),S/D(2.75±0.32)and(2.74±0.35),endometrial thickness(5.06±0.35)mm and(5.08±0.32)mm,E2(115.62±13.25)ng/L and(115.71±13.28)ng/L,progesterone(0.65±0.16)ng/mL and(0.66±0.18)ng/mL,FSH(6.62±1.27)U/L and(6.65±1.26)U/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.024,0.075,0.192,0.094,0.189,0.022,0.186,0.075,P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume(32.43±2.66)mL of observation group was more than the control group(24.62±2.42)mL,PI(-0.24±0.16),RI(-0.16±0.11),S/D(-0.32±0.13)higher than the control group PI(-0.39±0.18),RI(-0.25±0.13),S/D(-0.44±0.15),the endometrial thickness(8.3±1.12)mm,higher than the control group(6.45±1.08)mm,E2(36.41±6.27)ng/L,progesterone(0.32±0.13)ng/mL and FSH(1.38±0.65)U/L,higher than the control group E2(22.14±5.34)ng/L,progesterone(0.19±0.09)ng/mL and FSH(0.95±0.42)U/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.713,2.785,2.364,2.704,5.375,7.749,3.677,2.485,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.00%higher than that in the control group 55.00%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.032,P<0.05).Conclusion Bionic electrical stimulation combined with Kuntai capsule has a positive effect on the improvement of the condition of thin endometrium patients with poor estrogen treatment,which can effectively increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve sex hormone levels and uterine hemodynamics,so this treatment method is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
